Vision
The vision of Through the Roof (what we want to achieve) is ‘of a world where all people live interdependently, mutually giving and receiving, as God intended’.
Our mission is ‘tranforming lives through disabled people’ – this is why we do what we do.
We achieve this through two strategic aims (how we will achieve our mission). Through the Roof will:
- Provide life-changing opportunities
- Equip churches, communities and individuals
The above translates into our four main programmes: Churches Inc, Disabled Christian Fellowship, Integr8 and Wheels for the World.
Values
Through the Roof’s values encapsulate and reflect the ways in which we do things as an organisation. We have adopted the following five values.
