Alan Whetherley – Project Manager (young disabled people)

Alan joined Through the Roof in March 2011 as their new part-time project manager and will be developing Through The Roof’s Integr8 programme. He has a passion for ensuring that young disabled people are fully included and fulfil their God given talents.  Alan is visually impaired and has a passion also for sport  which includes running and playing visually impaired tennis. He is the current national men’s visually impaired tennis champion, a titled he has held for two years in a row.  He attends St George the Martyr church in Holburn where he is an active member of the congregation, being part of the welcoming team as well as being regularly involved in community projects.
