New Holidays for 2013: Holidays at Hinwick!
In August we are running a brand new DCF/Integr8 holiday in the beautiful setting of Hinwick Hall in Northamptonshire, now owned by Livability but dating back to Tudor times. It is fully accessible, being a college for young disabled people, and this is the first time they have agreed to let it out in the school holidays. You can choose either or both of these breaks:
- Time out with God: 16th – 18th August – this will be a Retreat, with time for prayer, reflection and fellowship led by Jenny Edwards and Paula Smith.
- Stepping Out: 19th – 23rd August – this will be a Holiday with a wide range of activities on offer, including archery, canoeing, bowling and a visit to a country park, yet not forgetting times of fellowship, prayer and worship.
The Retreat costs just £50 per person, the Holiday £200, covering accommodation, meals and excursions subsidy. If you book for both (£250), you get a meal and accommodation on the night of 18th August for free!
Please note: all rooms are single with bathroom nearby; helpers are provided on the Holiday only.
Please get in touch with the office (01372 749955) for an application form if you are over 18 and interested in coming.
This new venture has been subsidised by a legacy from Doreen Hilder, who always enjoyed her DCF holidays. Thank you Doreen! Through the Roof is always grateful for legacies -- if you're interested in finding out more, then please follow this link for information on legacies.
